Terms and Conditions 9kelab – Platform Usage Guide

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the 9kelab website accessible at 9kelab.vin, including all services, games, and features available on it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 9kelab Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access 9kelab's services.

• Unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

In all other situations where 9kelab is found liable, the maximum liability of 9kelab to any Member shall not exceed the value of the Member's deposits in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.
